More Than Members

Paul's relationship with the church at Philippi challenges all of us to take a self-inventory. Are we partners in the gospel? Or are we merely members? Is church to me another ‘pay my dues’ and receive the benefits transaction in our lives? Are you actually committed to the vision and mission of what God is doing?

Am I here for me, or am I here for them? Am I here for me, or am I here for HIM?

Sometimes often we settle for a small dream of what it means to be the church. Many times we are content to simply attend, but we are made for more than just showing up. The word partnership means many things, but one thing it does not mean is to simply be present. Partnership carries the weight of action and involvement.
