We Are Surrounded

Who is your neighbor? And what if God has strategically placed you exactly where you are to be the one who invites them into His story?

This week we heard a powerful reminder from special guest John Magnuson that wherever we are - whether we love it or not - we are SENT there with divine intent. When we discover the revolutionary gift of hospitality - everything changes in our workplace, our neighborhood, and even at our dinner table.

Jesus told us to love God and love our neighbors (Matthew 22:37-39). That's the mission. And compassion is the superpower that bridges every gap (political, social, relational) the we believe stands in the way. We don't have to affirm and agree with everyone to show them Christ's love. We just have to see them like Jesus does, and let compassion fueled hospitality close the gap.
