Volunteer FAQs

How do I volunteer?
Click the button above to sign up for the ministries you wish to serve in.  Our ministry leaders will then reach out you to talk about current opportunities within those areas.
How do I volunteer with kids and students?
The Leander Church of Christ relies on volunteers to serve in our children’s and youth ministries, and all volunteers are required to become ChildSafe certified.  If you have been a member at the Leander Church for at least 6 months, we would love for you to join our team of volunteers!  To become ChildSafe Certified, you can contact anyone on the ministry staff or email them directly by CLICKING HERE.  They will send you the steps, necessary forms, and a link to our online training.  They will also be able to answer any questions you may have about the process. How do I volunteer with the Safety & Security Team?
Our goal is to provide a safe and peaceful atmosphere for members of the congregation through the love of God and His blessings on our efforts toward His purpose. As such, we have a Safety and Security Team that oversees the safety and security of everyone who attends our worship service and other ministries and events. There are many roles within the team.
