Generosity
What if the key to unlocking true spiritual freedom lies not in what we hold onto, but in what we're willing to let go? This message continues our series "Family Matters" by confronting one of the most uncomfortable intersections of faith: our relationship with money.
When we grasp that God has given us EVERYTHING - including Jesus, who surrendered heavenly riches to become poor, human, suffer, and die for us - our perspective on money and possessions fundamentally shifts. The question isn't whether we can afford to give sacrificially, but whether we can afford not to. Our generosity becomes a diagnostic tool, revealing whether we've truly experienced the depth of God's grace or are still trying to earn our way into His favor. The call isn't to legalistic tithing but to something far more demanding and liberating: giving in accordance with the gospel itself.
Generosity is a core value of our community: We give sacrificially because Jesus gave, and gives all.
